Full Description

The SHAPE Project (HelpAge International) provided USD 7,949 to strengthen HASL’s humanitarian preparedness and response capacity. Three HASL staff attended a 5-day training in Kathmandu (23–27 Sep 2024) covering project management; upon return they delivered in-country training (11–12 Nov 2024) in finance, monitoring & evaluation and safeguarding. SHAPE aimed to institutionalise improved processes for emergency response and programme management.
