Full Description

HASL's Home Care Service supplied trained carers to assist needy elders with daily living activities. In FY 2025/26 the service provided assistance to 1,764 elders (with 740 new client requests). The report records 172 carers trained and 1,073 monitoring visits conducted; client satisfaction was reported at approximately 70%. The Home Care Division also organised CSR activities (e.g., Poson Poya lunch distribution to road cleaning staff across Colombo, Kotte and Maharagama areas on 21 June 2024). The service is supervised through monthly field visits and supported by donors and internal programme budgets.
